Kaltura is a media-management application, used for audio and video, that integrates with Canvas. This tool is available to instructors at the University of Pennsylvania as a pilot during the 2015-2016 Academic Year.

Instructors, TAs, and Course Designers can add Kaltura media to anywhere in Canvas that has a Rich Content Editor, which includes Announcements, Assignments, Discussions, Quizzes, and Syllabus.
Students can add Kaltura media to Canvas Discussions, Assignments, or Pages (if student-editing is enabled).
